The MCH (Metal Ceramics Heater) is an integrated high-efficiency heating element formed by printing metal resistor paste on ceramic green bodies and co-firing at high temperatures. It cleverly combines the rapid conductive heating properties of metals with the superior insulation and high-temperature resistance of ceramics.


Compared to traditional alloy heating wires, MCH avoids the issues of high-temperature oxidation and short lifespan. Versus PTC heating elements, MCH heats faster, has higher thermal efficiency, and is lead-free for greater environmental friendliness.
